Reflections of March

As we approach the end of the first week in April, I am reminded of how busy & eventful the month of March was. Some of the events and happenings in my little world include:

An emergency trip to Rock Springs to take care of the man cubs !
Natalie & Dylan had to take Baby Dylan to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. I stayed with Bradoc & Teague while mom & dad were away. We had fun !

When Baby Dylan was released & came home, we got to snuggle !
Look at that face ! Can you stand it?

This "holding the baby" business is something I am very good at :)

After a week or so, my plans were to fly to Salt Lake City to ski with Chaya. I had a little trouble getting out due to weather.

It's always a "white knuckle" ride in this small plane from Rock Springs to SLC.

I spent an absolutely perfect day on the slopes of Brighton. Kelley & I skied & John snowboarded.

Miss Chaya joined us after her ski class. She is a natural on skis. We had a wonderful day together !

March 20th marked the first day of Spring.

I honored the memory of my brother on his birthday, March 20th.
Bobby would have celebrated his 60th birthday this year. He was taken way too soon.

Back home in Weston, my garden flourished.

"A garden is a friend you can visit anytime"

And then there was the discussion of Bobby's hair !
He wants to wear it long, and I want him to get a hair cut !

Back in the day, it really was beautiful !!!

My leisure time was spent reading. I finished Sue Grafton's "U is for Undertow", her 21st in the series.

And last, but not least, I have been hitting the road on my new bike.
I love it !

That's March in a nutshell !

I am so out of the loop on Sue Grafton's books. I love her series and didn't know she had "U" out. Where have I been? Good grief I am heading straight to the library!

Grandbabies are cute!

Bobby's hair is cute too. I am sort of a shorter hair fan but he does have great hair.

I am pretty sure the compliments I am referring to are the cute girls on campus who want to run their fingers through my shag top.
