pre wedding festivities, part dos

bobby & brittany's reception in calgary was such a nice event. it took place on friday, august twelfth.

it was a very happy event. the smiles came naturally.

the set up of the reception hall was done beautifully!

natalie & i were feeling festive in our pretty dresses :) :)

my date was such a handsome man!

tradition has it that the groom isn't supposed to see his bride in her wedding dress before the wedding day. an exception was made!

and he thought she was stunning! (she was!)

after dinner & speeches were made, the bride & groom took to the dance floor.

alone!

the bridesmaids (and cole) watched from the sidelines.

then brittany danced with her dad, while bobby danced with his mom. i am pretty certain that was the first & only time bobby & i have danced together!

natalie was bobby's next dance partner!

it was a fun and memorable night!
