at the end of june, i packed my bags & headed west. there just happened to be a lot of special people living in wyoming & utah that i was looking forward to visiting with. b & t were in bed when i arrived on june 29th. it didn't take baby dylan long to remember hat i was the "jamma"!

giving kisses!

papa arrived a few days later. soon "papa is nice" would be teaguey's favorite saying!

bradoc, having just celebrated his 4th birthday, was due a b-day present. a radio flyer proved to be just what this little boy wanted! i took bradoc & teaguey on many wagon rides. those heavy duty tires proved to be an advantage when we went "all terrain".

dad and i got right busy with natalie's "big wish": a yard! here dad is planting a black hills spruce tree.

there was lots to do. the ground proved to be more than i could take on myself. it was hard as cement! we bought a pick! the soil was clay. i quickly realized we had our work cut out for us. but....i love a good challenge!

bradoc & teaguey were assigned to be "guardians of the trees". they are to protect them from any harm. (especially from the harm that they themselves could render) :)

it wasn't all work, work, work. we made two day trips up to lander. sinks canyon was more beautiful than i remembered.

nothing like little boy bum cracks to make you smile!

throwing rocks into the water is something these two boys could do for hours.

back in rock springs, baby dylan & i had some serious bonding time.

jamma always has room for little boys on her lap. boy #2 couldn't be caught!
then on to lehi to see two more cuties: danny boy & chaya.

we had lots of fun together. they were my special little buddies :) :)

one of our best days is when we went to thanksgiving point farm. chaya's always a game girl for the pony ride.

i didn't need to lock danny in jail. he was being such a good boy that day!

we were happy to get back to our sunbeams. we taught a lesson on family prayer.

meet our newest addition. this is haylie. she's a pistol! we now have twelve: 9 boys & 3 girls.

ikey the iguana has been coming around a lot! he grows bigger every day. i like having him visit!

AND, last but not least...i now have a riding partner!
he's looking pretty sharp, wouldn't you say?
that's july in a nutshell!

Such cute pictures! I may have to borrow some for my July post. Dad's lookin' good in his gear! I love that picture of Bradoc in the wagon. So cute. We still go on our nightly wagon rides and we've been off-roading so the big tires have come in handy! The picture of you snuggling with baby on the couch is so cute. We miss you guys! Thank you so much for coming all this way to visit, and for all your help w/ the yard! We love you! Come again soon!
great pictures! i need those little boys to be my neighbor. pretty soon those boys will be doing more than just throwing rocks in the river...they will be going down the river in their inner tubes (remember dylan's story) scary! chaya and danny are getting so big. is that kendall i spy in the sunbeam picture?!?! yes, i agree, fash looks like a pro in his gear. ride on riders!
