Kayaking Munyon Island

Dad and I are embarking on a new adventure. Kayaking! We purchased our kayaks two weeks ago, but, unfortunately, they haven't arrived yet. His and hers. :) Yesterday we took out a couple of kayaks into the deep blue, and had a wonderful day.

Spotting a brown pelican right off the bat is a good omen.

We headed up the river to the inner coastal.

Our kayaks allow us to be hands free. You peddle instead of paddle!

Having your own kayak was definitely a good decision.

It allows you to go off and do your own thing.

We are obeying all the rules~notice dad is wearing a life jacket :)

We did a brief beach visit and spotted this beautiful star fish in the water.

That star fish was awesome. Can't wait to bring the boys there someday!
