In honor of Johnny's Birthday, I have put together a little blog
of his life in pictures from the beginning until the present. It is entitled:
"Three to Thirty three".
Johnny was a cute & happy little buddy. He was born in 1978 in Provo, Utah.
At age three, we were living in Houston, Texas. His world pretty much revolved around balls and trucks.
By six, he was toothless and attending first grade.

Look at the change from six to nine! He looks mature, dresses mature & has his adult teeth!With that haircut, suit and tie, he is totally ready for the banking world!
At twelve, we were living in Anchorage, Alaska.The bright neon colors were "in".
Johnny at fifteen was a sophomore in high school.He was playing baseball, running cross country and, of course, there was basketball.
By eighteen, he was pretty much a stud and, most definitely, a ladies man. :)
Elder Shane celebrated his 21st birthday as a missionary serving in Frankfurt, Germany.
At 24, he was a married man attending school at BYU. I came for a visit.
Indianapolis, Indiana was home in 2005, when Johnny celebrated birthday #27.He was a husband and a dad! He was working for JPMorganChase.
By thirty, Johnny was a dad to two living in Lehi, Utah. Here he is with Danny Boy, who is 18 months.June 2008

At thirty three, Johnny is a content and happy family man.His life, as I see it, is busy being a husband and a father. He does it well. He is busy with gymnastics, violin, piano, soccer, skiing, ~ all activities for the kids~to name a few. Every once in a while, and I mean just that, he may take a few hours off to play a little basketball or get on his snowboard. But not for long. There are baths to give and stories to be read, and little girl's hair to comb and braid. He's a man of great patience, putting others needs and wants before his own. He is loved by all, and loves very deeply. All and all, he's a pretty wonderful guy. I am glad he is mine.
